December 21, 2010:
The 2010 GotY season is underway! This year looks tighter than last, so it looks like it's going to be an exciting competition this year!
March 13, 2010:
Uncharted 2 still winning awards. It's quite astonishing! Anyways, 2005+2004 list has been held back as we have now decided to include genre and platform awards in our site, not just GotY awards. It will be a while until those lists will be finished, hopefully before the 2010 GotY season begins.
January 28, 2010:
Progress has been a bit slow around here, since we are pretty busy with Mass Effect 2! But we have managed to finish off the 2009 list after days of exhaustively compiling Uncharted 2's monstrous amount of awards. Just take a look at the 2009 3-1 list and see by how much Uncharted 2 squashed the competition. Now that the 2009 list is done, we can focus on the 2005, 2004, and 2003 lists. The 2005 will be added in a week, and the 2004 and 2003 will be added next month.
January 20, 2010:
We have redesigned the site, including our own custom banner. Please let us know what you think in the comments! We are very excited right now, as our site is experiencing a surge in visitors and we are hard at work to compile more lists. We are also planning on compiling the genre and special achievement awards and adding them to our site.
January 16, 2010:
The 2009 10-4 list is complete. We don't think the positions will change any time soon. The 3-1 list will be added soon too, as our compilation of awards is almost complete. Expect the 2005 list to be added at the end of this month, and the 2004 + 2003 list to be added in Feburary.
January 1, 2010:
Happy New Year everyone! We have applied the HTML fix to the site, all pages display correctly now. As you may have noticed, the 2009 awards have been a bit out of date, but don't worry! We are preparing the true list for 2009 as the 10 game mark has just been reached. We will also complete the 2006 list in the next couple of days, and the years before that will also be worked on.
December 29, 2009:
The 2006 10-4 list is done, we have added it onto the site. Things are quite busy here, compiling new lists, planning an appearance change, and even keeping up with the 2009 GotYs! We've also noticed some errors in the HTML coding, causing this site to display incorrectly on some browsers. Thankfully, we've figured out where the bugs are. The 2008 10-4 list is already fixed, and the 2007 10-4 is 95% done. This is currently on the top of our to-do list. The 2006 3-1 list will be added when we fix the 2008 and 2007 3-1 lists. December 17, 2009:
The season is well under way, and it looks like the winner has already emerged. Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is leading by a significant margin, even beyond the blockbuster Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and the "greatest superhero game of all time", Batman: Arkham Asylum. We are also planning a big overhaul for the site, as we have noticed a surge in visitors. We are currently experimenting with different styles, but are too busy to settle on one because we are still finishing off lists from the previous years. Until then, Happy Holidays everyone!
December 1, 2009:
As the 2009 GOTY season has arrived, we have kept ourselves busy scouring the web for GOTY awards from past years. Our new list is going back to 2002, maybe even 2001. Expect it to be added on sometime next month.
May 4, 2009:
The 2008 GOTY season is officially over. We have completed both the 2007 and the 2008 lists, with Bioshock and MGS4 being each year's respective winners. We look forward to what ever 2009 has in store for us now!

The 2008 GOTY season has begun. We have launched this site in hopes to organize the respective GOTYs all over the web in this site. Stay tuned as the 2008 list fills out.
